Actually, on Friday, June 21, 2024, he was staying in Airbnb to celebrate his 26th birthday. His lawyer Luis Fusco told in a media interview that, when Charles was celebrating his 26th birthday, there were a lot of people there due to which he had to come out. Julio Foolio had also written a post about this on his Instagram story. An advertisement about this program was also made on Julio's social media account. Due to which a large crowd had gathered there.

Fusco further explains that the rapper got a room at the Holiday Inn Hotel and when he came out to the parking lot he was attacked. Giving confirmation, Tampa's Public Information Officer said that there was an attack on them on Sunday morning in which three more people were also injured, whose condition is said to be stable. 

It is being told that the rapper had been attacked twice before in Jacksonville. Actually, Charles was quite popular for his drill rap video in which he made controversial remarks about the rival gangs of Jacksonville.
